Introduction
The Author has been making commercial antennas for years. This is a report for a another commercially made one This one was purchased off Amazon and it's orange in color with a SMA-female connector. It comes with a little rubber washer, if needed.
As you can see 2-meters is about 24db while 70-cm is almost 8 db. Therefore, it's reasonable on the 2-meter band however, not so good on 70-cm. The author would not recommend using it for the latter band. This was satisfactory however, because the Author is using it on a Radio Shack HTX-200 single (2-meter) band radio.
