Introduction
The Author has been making commercial antennas for years. This is a report for a another commercially made one. The return loss is 6 db on 2-meters and 8 db on 70-cm. This is poor and the Author returned it for lack of performance. If you have to use it, stay on low power to protect the transmitter. The Author would recommend to continue searching for a better HT whip antenna. This observation is about the same as the Diamond SRH805S whip that was evaluated and returned to vender in April of 2024.
