Spokane Repeater Group sponsors the 147.20 MHz repeater, which is an open system and available to all responsible amateurs, who seek a nice sounding system. It has large coverage area in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. It supports public service for welfare messages and true emergencies to assist normal communications, should they be down or otherwise compromised.
